Architectural Project Manager

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. You will also need to effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. **Responsibilities:** - Set project timeline. - Monitor project deliverables. - Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress. - Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them. - Maintain senior level client contacts on a daily basis. - Work proactively to provide client marketing needs with the greatest amount of added value by communication. - Receive project briefings, analyze the input of clients together with background knowledge, Architectural Drawings, Architectural field feedback, etc., to produce a creative brief for the Production team. - Cooperate with Production Team inquiries, Clients inquiries, and internally control the Team to provide competent 3D walkthroughs and AV films. - Provide creative and production with well-documented input, support data, and production materials as required; ensure that Creative strategies are clearly defined, approved by clients, and understood by the Architectural groups. - Stay informed on activities being performed on accounts and give final sign off on ALL important documentation/deliverables before they go to a client. This includes budget, project plan, mockups, storyboards, deliverables, etc. - Coordinate and authorize quotations for client approval & assist in preparation of client invoices. - Ensure prompt collection of account receivables and ensure that they don't exceed the given limits. - Write Client Contact Reports; review important developments with relevant account executives and the director of client services. - Prepare month-end overviews of clients" current activities, monthly revenue forecasts, plus plans for future development of accounts. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture is a must. - Strong business acumen in project planning and management. - Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.,
