Architectural Draughtsman

Role Overview: You will be a skilled Architectural Draughtsman with 3-4 years of experience in architectural and interior work. Your main responsibility will be to draft detailed architectural drawings and master planning for various project types such as residential developments, villas, farmhouses, commercial spaces, and sales galleries. You should be able to translate design concepts accurately into high-quality construction drawings. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications. - Develop detailed drawings for sales galleries, ensuring integration of aesthetic and functional elements. - Utilize 2D and 3D design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) to produce technical drawings, layouts, and plans. - Revise and update designs based on project changes, ensuring clear documentation of all revisions. - Ensure all drawings are complete, accurate, and delivered on time. Key Requirements: - 3-4 years of hands-on experience in architectural drafting, focusing on residential, villas, farmhouses, commercial projects, and sales galleries. - Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant architectural design and drafting software. - Strong understanding of construction detailing, building systems, and materials. - Ability to produce detailed and precise architectural drawings with minimal supervision. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
