Architectural Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate technical drawings, floor plans, and working drawings for architectural and interior projects.
• Develop elevations, sections, and detailed drawings based on design concepts and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Interpret and incorporate design changes and client feedback into updated drawings.
• Maintain drawing standards and ensure precision in measurements, scales, and detailing.
• Assist in preparing presentation drawings and layouts when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional drafting experience in an architectural or interior design environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or similar software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and site coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design concepts.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of local building codes and standards.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with consultants and vendors.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
