Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings
• Strong skills in Architecture and Planning
• Experience in Drawing and technical drafting
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
• Diploma in Civil Engineer & Draftsmanship
• Prior experience in the architecture industry is a plus

JD for Architect and Sr. Architect

- Lead and manage the design development of architectural projects from concept to execution

- Develop design concepts and present to clients and stakeholders

- Conduct site visits to monitor execution, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design intent

- Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, and other relevant professionals to ensure seamless project execution

- Mentor junior architects and help them fine-tune their design skills and improve industry knowledge

- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations

- Develop and implement backend service architectures using design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and having valid architect license

- At least 4 to 6 years of professional experience in architecture and on-site project execution
