Role 1: Designer (The Heart)

Responsibilities

Design functional, human-centered spaces across residential, commercial, and interiors

Develop clear drawings, 3D models, and presentations to communicate design intent

Translate user needs into buildable design solutions

Work with consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure execution quality

Research and experiment with materials, finishes, and detailing

Contribute to the studio’s evolving design standards and processes

Requirements

Background in Architecture or Interior Design

Experience working on real built projects (any scale)

Proficiency in tools: Revit / SketchUp / AutoCAD (Rhino/Grasshopper is a plus)

Understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and site coordination

Strong presentation and storytelling skills

Attitude / Fit

Excited about construction and detailing (yes, the kind who can watch construction reels at 3am)

Believes in simplicity > decoration

Learns and adapts quickly in a fast-changing environment

Collaborative, detail-oriented, and humble

1-2 years of experience or even building a small building ground-up or participating in one, basically we are looking for someone who knows practical realities

Role 2: Technology Lead (The Mind)

Responsibilities

Build and manage the technical backbone of the studio

Implement BIM workflows (Revit / ArchiCAD / similar) across projects

Explore and apply new technologies: AI, Digital Twins, automation, parametric tools

Integrate tech directly with on-site execution workflows

Document and standardize processes to make the studio scalable

Requirements

Background in Architecture / Engineering / Computational Design

Hands-on experience with BIM in real projects

Familiarity with parametric design (Grasshopper, Dynamo, etc.)

Curiosity about AI-assisted design and construction tech

Problem-solving mindset with an eye for practical application

Attitude / Fit

Obsessed with experimenting and testing new tools

Thrives in a fast-track growth environment — quick learner, quick adapter

Practical: innovation matters only if it works on site

Independent, curious, and motivated to stay ahead of industry trends

1-2 years of experience or even building a small building ground-up or participating in one, basically we are looking for someone who knows practical realities
