Job Title: Architectural BIM Modeller

Key Responsibilities:

Modelling & Design Integration:

• Develop detailed 3D models of architectural elements such as walls, floors, roofs, windows, doors, and finishes using Autodesk Revit.
• Model architectural components to LOD 300 (Design Development) through LOD 500 (As-Built) with high attention to detail.
• Coordinate architectural design with MEP and structural models to ensure a seamless, clash-free integration across all disciplines.

Documentation & Detailing:

• Generate high-quality 2D construction drawings, floor plans, sections, elevations, and schedules directly from the 3D model.
• Assist in the preparation of material take-oAs (MTOs), quantity surveys, and other construction documentation.
• Contribute to the development of architectural details and specifications based on model information.

Model Quality & Coordination:

• Ensure the architectural model complies with international BIM standards and client specific requirements.
• Conduct regular model audits, clash detection, and issue resolution using Navisworks and other BIM tools.
• Produce as-built models and ensure all design changes are accurately reflected in the BIM model.

BIM Standards & Best Practices:

• Implement BIM execution plans (BEP) and follow ISO 19650, BS 1192, and other relevant industry standards.
• Maintain and update architectural BIM templates and libraries to ensure consistency across projects.

Key Skills & Software Proficiency: 

• Autodesk Revit (Architecture) – Expert level in creating and managing architectural models.
• AutoCAD – Proficient in drafting and detailing in 2D and 3D for architectural design.
• Navisworks – Clash detection and model coordination.
• BIM 360 / ACC – Collaboration, document management, and version control.
• Familiarity with Dynamo for Revit for model automation (preferred).
• Knowledge of LOD 300, 400, and 500 modelling for architectural components.
• Microsoft Excel and MS OAice – Documentation, schedules, and reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural BIM modelling.
• Autodesk Revit Certified Professional (preferred).

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles, green building certifications (e.g., LEED).
• Experience with international BIM projects (e.g., Europe, Middle East, or USA).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
