Job Title: Architectural BIM Modeller Location : Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Job Type: Full-Time Department: Architecture / BIM Experience Level : Minimum 2 years Position Overview: The Architectural BIM Modeller will be responsible for the creation and management of architectural 3D models using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools. The role requires close collaboration with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to ensure coordinated, clash-free designs. The modeller will manage architectural models through LOD 300 to LOD 500 stages, ensuring compliance with international BIM standards and practices (ISO 19650, BS 1192). Coordinate architectural design with MEP and structural models to ensure a seamless, clash-free integration across all disciplines. Documentation & Detailing : Generate high-quality 2D construction drawings, floor plans, sections, elevations, and schedules directly from the 3D model. Assist in the preparation of material take-oAs (MTOs), quantity surveys, and other construction documentation. Contribute to the development of architectural details and specifications based on model information. Model Quality & Coordination: Ensure the architectural model complies with international BIM standards and client specific requirements. Conduct regular model audits, clash detection, and issue resolution using Navisworks and other BIM tools. Produce as-built models and ensure all design changes are accurately reflected in the BIM model.
