Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role located in Faridabad, Haryana. The Architect will be tasked with creating and managing design concepts, drafting architectural plans, collaborating with clients to understand their needs, and coordinating with contractors and engineering teams. Responsibilities also include staying updated on architectural trends, ensuring adherence to local building codes, and managing project timelines to deliver high-quality designs.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in architectural design, drafting, and space planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural design software.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction materials, and sustainable design principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and teams.
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to meet project requirements and challenges.
• Experience in engineering or interior design collaboration is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field, with required licensure (if applicable).
