Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Architect/Interior Designer to join our team in Kochi for a full-time, on-site role. The professional will work on designing and creating architectural and interior concepts, managing project designs from inception to completion, and ensuring projects meet aesthetic and functional goals. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the team, integrating sustainable design practices, and overseeing the planning and execution of projects. Regular client interactions and thorough project documentations will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to conceptualize and deliver innovative, functional, and aesthetic designs
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, resource allocation, and meeting project timelines
• Knowledge of Software Development and Integration tools relevant to architectural and interior design is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices is an advantage
• Willingness to work on-site in Kochi is required
