🎨 Architect (1 Position) – Architecture Firm
📍 Sector-63 Noida | Full-Time | Offline
💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 / month (based on experience)
📌 Experience Required: Minimum 3 years-max 5 years
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare architectural design concepts and working drawings
2. Handle client meetings and design presentations
3. Develop elevation designs and façade concepts
4. Manage and guide the design team for efficient project execution
5. Ensure project timelines are met through effective planning and coordination
6. Coordinate with consultants and internal teams
7. Ensure compliance with applicable building bye-laws and standards
Requirements:
1. B.Arch. degree
2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience- max 5 years
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and basic 3D tools
4. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
