Architect

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality
3D models, renders, and visualizations
for design presentations.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and working plans.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Supervise site work and resolve design-related issues.
Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and specifications.
Assist with
material selection, BOQ preparation, and detailed drawings
.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
Minimum
2 years of professional experience
in both site and office roles.
Proficiency in 3D Modelling & Rendering software
(SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, V-Ray, etc.).
Strong knowledge of
planning, detailing, and construction methodologies
.
Skilled in AutoCAD and other design/drafting tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
