Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee and coordinate construction activities at our project site in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have a B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant site experience. The candidate must be willing to stay at the site until project completion. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress as per schedule. Coordinate with contractors, workers, and project management team. Ensure quality control and adherence to technical specifications. Maintain safety protocols and site cleanliness. Prepare daily progress reports and update management regularly. Manage materials, equipment, and workforce at the site. Resolve on-site issues in coordination with the project engineer. Qualifications & Requirements Education: B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Experience: Minimum 2 years in site supervision for civil construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and safety standards. Ability to handle manpower and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
