Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Dadra and Nagar Haveli, India. The Architect will collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute architectural designs, develop detailed construction plans, and oversee project progression to ensure it aligns with planned specifications. The role also includes project management responsibilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Coordination with other professionals such as engineers, planners, and designers will be a crucial part of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Proficient in software development and integration relevant to architectural planning and design processes
• Experience in Project Management, including project planning, execution, and monitoring
• Exceptional analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with urban planning and structural design will be advantageous
• Ability to work on-site with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
