As a Solutions Architect specializing in Salesforce Platform implementations, your role will involve leading the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications. This includes creating solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, data modeling, process automation, system integrations, and technical documentation. It is crucial to ensure that the solutions you design are scalable, secure, and seamlessly integrate with existing systems and platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions for Salesforce Platform implementations - Create solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, data modeling, and technical documentation - Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and seamlessly integrate with existing systems and platforms - Evaluate new Salesforce features and AppExchange products for organizational suitability - Collaborate with stakeholders to align solution architecture with business objectives and technology strategies - Provide guidance on adopting emerging technologies and best practices for future-proof solutions - Define architectural standards, align them with organizational goals, and translate business requirements into technical solutions - Work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure successful implementation of solutions - Oversee system integration, performance monitoring, data integrity, and design strategies for system scalability, reliability, and disaster recovery - Handle documentation, governance, risk management, security, and training aspects of the job Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 11 to 14 years of experience in software development, solution design, or similar roles - Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform tools - Proficiency in programming languages, databases, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, integration tools, and data modeling - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Fluency in Spanish and English - Salesforce certifications are highly desirable If this opportunity aligns with your expertise and aspirations, please reach out to Ankur Sharma, Sr. HR - Talent Acquisition, by sharing your resume via email at ankur.sharma@ubconsulting.in or contacting him at 9001513258.,
