Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect located in Worli. The Architect will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating detailed architectural drawings, working with clients to understand their needs, collaborating with engineers and other professionals, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Architect will also be involved in site visits and project management duties.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Architecture Design, Planning, and Construction Supervision
Experience with CAD software, 3D modeling, and rendering programs
Strong Project Management and Client Communication skills
Knowledge of Building Codes, Regulations, and Compliance Standards
Excellent Problem-Solving and Analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
Professional certification or licensure in architecture is a plus
Work experience of 3-4 years in the field
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
