Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a qualified, Senior Architect with 5-10 years of experience who is able to construct clear diagrams using AutoCAD, Photoshop, V-ray, Lumion & Rhino. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to Design Development, Design Conceptualisation, and working drawings for Project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to work under pressure and follow tight timelines in order to ensure regulations are being followed. Responsibilities Create plans and Renders which clearly outline architectural design of project Create sanction plans Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create ideal finished product Design and develop project concepts for competitions Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire construction process Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules, and budgets Qualifications Bachelor's degree in architecture Experience in Sanction Plans Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop V-ray & Lumion are an add on Show more Show less
