DESIRED PROFILE:

• B.Arch with excellent artistic skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to think creatively about the use of space, color and movement.
• Ability to communicate an artistic vision. Draw on other artistic platforms for creative inspiration.
• Must be effective communicator and able to persuade the design concept and idea.

EDUCATION:

• UG: Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
• PG: Masters Degree in Architecture (M.Arch.)
• Technical Skills: Sketchup, VRay, Lumion, AutoCAD, Revit. Adobe Photoshop,

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Min. 1-3Years of experience as a Design Architect. Must have experience in both, residential and commercial projects. Experience in Project Management added advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Create architectural designs based on customer input and feedback.
• One of the key job responsibilities would be to ensure client satisfaction, and high standards in design and delivery.
• Work closely with the Chief Architect and the Design team, developing design concepts and plans.
• Ensure to deliver projects within the scheduled timelines, maintaining high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with the clients to understand their requirements and ensure delivery of the design as per requirements

KEY SKILLS:

• Experience in computational design.
• Creative, Imaginative and Artistic.
• Proficiency in Enscape, SketchUp, Vray, Lumion, AutoCAD, Architectural Design, etc.
