Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Developing architecture design in alignment with clients needs.
Preparation of lay-out with good space management techniques.
Handling the project end to end.
Co-ordinating with clients until closure of the projects.
Preparation of primary and secondary drawings.
Site visits and client meetings.
To handle independent projects.
Creating design layouts with details
Preparation of plans & technical drawings
Presenting design proposal to customers
Rendering work.

Preferred candidate profile

Basic Qualification (Mention Discipline) - B. Arch,

Additional Qualification (Optional Only) - Auto CAD certification

Languages - English / Hindi

Industries Preferred (Mandatory) -Architectural / Furniture

Technical Skills:

Auto CAD
Sketch up
Landscape architecture
Photoshop
Lumion for rendering

Personal Attribute

Good understanding about space management and lay-out
