This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in site supervision or project coordination. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing on-site activities, including labor, materials, and subcontractors. Monitor project timelines and ensure work is progressing as per the schedule. Ensure safety procedures and quality standards are followed at the site. Coordinate between the office and site for drawings, updates, and approvals. Report daily site progress and issues to the Project Manager or Architect. Supervise and inspect site work to ensure alignment with drawings and specifications. Manage and maintain site documentation such as attendance, material delivery, and labor usage. Support in resolving on-site challenges and implement practical solutions. Requirements: Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in construction or interior project sites.
