About the Role:

Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design architectural plans, layouts, and 3D models.
• Work on residential/commercial projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Prepare working drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Review and adapt designs based on client and site feedback.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institute.
• 25 years of professional experience in architecture and design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Creative thinking with excellent visualization and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and project coordination abilities.
