Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, and overseeing construction projects from concept to completion, ensuring they are functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing. The architect will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to deliver innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to determine project requirements, budget, and vision
• Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software
• Prepare site plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• The candidate should have excellence in 3D renderings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for integrated project development
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
• Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure work is done according to design and quality standards
• Revise drawings and plans based on client feedback and site conditions
• Prepare and present project proposals, timelines, and budgets
• Stay updated with industry trends, sustainable design practices, and new materials

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution
• Valid license from the Council of Architecture (India) or equivalent body
• 2–8 years of experience in architectural design and project execution
• Proficiency in design and visualization tools: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop
• Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques
• Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Preferred Skills:
• Preferred female.
• Experience in prefabrication/modular construction
• Knowledge of sustainable/green building design.
