Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations at construction sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations. * Monitor labor, materials, and subcontractors to maintain workflow. * Review blueprints, plans, and schedules with engineers and management. * Report daily progress and site issues to the project manager. * Resolve any on-site conflicts or delays effectively. * Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications. * Maintain site cleanliness and orderliness. Qualifications: * Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. * 6+ years of experience in site supervision, preferably in prefabricated or modular construction. * Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. * Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in site reporting tools and MS Office. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 75% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
