Site Supervisor

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee and manage daily construction site operations. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are executed efficiently, maintaining quality, safety, and compliance with project timelines. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills to handle on-site challenges effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities as per project plans.
• Monitor labor and material usage to ensure efficient resource management.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to address site challenges.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and documentation of construction activities.
• Ensure adherence to the budget and minimize project delays.
• Train and guide site workers to improve productivity and maintain work standards.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and industry best practices.
• Experience in handling labor and vendors and resolving on-site challenges.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
