Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically proficient Architect with 4 years of professional experience to join our design team. You will be responsible for leading the design development and technical documentation of projects. This role sits between our junior designers and senior principals, requiring a balance of design flair, technical precision, and the ability to coordinate across various engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development:

  Translate conceptual sketches into detailed schematic designs and 3D models.

• Technical Documentation:

  Lead the production of comprehensive construction documentation (GFC) sets, ensuring high levels of accuracy and detail.

• Project Coordination:

  Liaise with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure seamless integration of all technical systems.

• Client Management:

  Act as a primary point of contact for clients, presenting design iterations and providing regular project updates.

• Regulatory Compliance:

  Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

• Site Supervision:

  Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve on-site technical issues, and ensure alignment with design intent.

• Mentorship:

  Provide guidance and quality checks for the work of junior architects and interns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education:

  Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).

• Software Proficiency:

  Expert:

  Revit (BIM workflow), AutoCAD.

• Proficient:

  SketchUp, Rhino, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign).

• Rendering:

  Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape.

• Technical Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of construction materials, detailing, and building systems.

• Communication:

  Excellent verbal and written communication for client presentations and consultant meetings.

• Problem-Solving:

  Ability to resolve complex spatial and technical design challenges independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Luxury Residential or High-Rise Commercial
• Familiarity with sustainable design standards (e.g., LEED, WELL, or GRIHA).
