Geodesy Design Collaborative is looking for a talented Architect or Retail Designer to join our growing team in Mumbai & Bengaluru. If you’re passionate about creating world-class spatial experiences across retail, corporate, and workplace interiors, we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do Lead design concepts and develop experience-driven spaces for retail and corporate environments Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to take projects from concept to execution Conduct feasibility studies and define design requirements Drive design development across phases—without compromising on quality, budget, or timelines Present concepts internally and to clients with clarity and confidence Coordinate with external design teams and consultants Oversee detailed design documentation to ensure design intent is met on site Travel as needed for meetings and site coordination What You Bring Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design 5+ years of experience, with strong exposure to retail or workplace projects A keen eye for detail and design precision Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, and Photoshop A collaborative, solution-driven mindset Excited to build bold, progressive spaces?
