Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect Planner located in Indore. The Architect Planner will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include creating architectural blueprints, coordinating with construction teams, managing project timelines, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. The Architect Planner will also be involved in client meetings to discuss project requirements and updates.

Qualifications

Strong architectural design and planning skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software
Experience in project management and coordination
Excellent knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with construction teams and clients
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field
Relevant professional certifications or licenses are a plus
Experience with residential and commercial projects is beneficial
