We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented architect to lead the design and execution of residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects. The candidate should be skilled in architectural software, building codes, and project coordination.
Develop detailed architectural drawings and specifications.
Collaborate with clients to understand needs and translate ideas into design.
Ensure designs meet building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
Conduct site visits and manage on-site activities when necessary.
Prepare feasibility studies and presentations.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Licensed architect or working toward licensure.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and/or BIM software.
Strong knowledge of building codes and construction methods.
Excellent communication, design, and visualisation skills.
