Neworld Developers is looking for a talented Architect to join our in-house design team and lead the planning of innovative residential and commercial projects.

✅ *Key Responsibilities:*

Conceptualize, design, and develop architectural plans from scratch

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure integrated project execution

Create 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.

Ensure regulatory and compliance guidelines are followed (local bylaws, NBC, etc.)

Conduct site visits and coordinate with construction teams for on-ground execution

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

4–8 years of professional experience (Real Estate preferred)

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion/V-Ray

Strong creative and presentation skills with attention to detail

Ability to balance design and practicality while meeting deadlines
