Job Opening: Junior Architect

Location: Teen Hath Naka, Thane (W)

Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Joining: Immediate

Salary: As per industry standards

We are a reputed architectural and design consultancy firm, and looking for a Junior Architect to join our team.

Who We're Looking For:

1. A highly motivated and technically sound individual with strong foundational knowledge in architectural design and documentation.
2. Someone who is eager to learn, hardworking, and capable of delivering within deadlines.
3. Must be a fast learner with a growth-oriented mindset.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proficient in AutoCAD with in-depth understanding of 2D design, working drawings, and detailing.
2. Basic knowledge of DCPR 2034 and its practical applications.
3.  Familiar with MAHADA, & SRA norms and procedures.
4.  Good communication and teamwork skills.
5. Knowledge of Feasibility Reports

 Responsibilities:

1.  Assist in designing and preparing architectural drawings and layouts.
2.  Coordinate with senior architects and consultants for project-related work.
3.  Ensure all designs comply with local regulations (DCPR, MAHADA, SRA norms, etc.).
4.  Be proactive in learning and adapting to ongoing projects.
