Job Description:

As an Architect on our team, you will play a key role in conceptualizing, planning, and executing architectural and landscape designs for hospitality projects. You’ll work on everything from luxury hotels and resorts to hillside trails, outdoor experiences, and integrated landscaping schemes that respect and enhance natural surroundings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop architectural concepts for hotels, resorts, and hilly terrain developments.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings and presentations.
• Collaborate with landscape architects to ensure seamless indoor-outdoor integration.
• Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies in challenging terrains.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors through all phases of design and construction.
• Integrate sustainability and green building practices into all projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• 10 years of experience in hospitality, landscape, or hilly terrain architecture.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of hospitality spatial planning and guest experience design.
• Experience with site planning in topographically challenging environments.
• Excellent communication, design, and presentation skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in eco-tourism or glamping projects.
• Knowledge of sustainable building materials and practices.
• Passion for outdoor design and land stewardship.
