Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with external architects and design consultants to ensure alignment with project vision and regulatory compliance
Review and verify architectural drawings and designs as per project and statutory requirements
Coordinate with site teams to resolve technical issues and support smooth execution
Prepare potential calculations (FSI, TDR, etc.) and development feasibility for prospective real estate projects in Pune and Mumbai
Ensure architectural deliverables are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time
Support preparation of design presentations, approval documents, and client coordination
Monitor and ensure quality and functional design implementation at all stages

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
35 years of experience in real estate or construction-based architectural roles
Experience in preparing potential/FSI calculations and feasibility assessments
Strong command of AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office
Excellent coordination and communication skills
