REQUIREMENTS

Experience:
Upto 6 years of professional work experience.
Specialization:
Must have significant experience in
High-end and Luxury Residential and Interior Projects, with a strong emphasis on Hospitality
.
Software Proficiency:
Expert knowledge of
AutoCAD, V-ray, SketchUp, Enscape, and Photoshop
.
Design & Technical Skills:
Enthusiasm for
conceptual and creative design development
.
Good understanding of
BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
.
Developing initial estimates on structure costs, building time, and special requirements.
Communication & Management:
Communicating productively with the team and clients.
Ensuring all vital information and documentation is recorded and maintained.

Details

Location:
Churchgate, Mumbai (Work from office only)
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
