Job Title: Senior Java Backend Developer/Java Architect
Experience: 12to 15 Years Shift: UK Shift (Should be able to work till 12 PM CST) Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, Kafka, and cloud deployment using Azure and Kubernetes. This role demands deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and excellent communication to work collaboratively in a distributed team and deliver robust backend services for scalable enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Implement messaging and streaming solutions using Apache Kafka. Work with Azure cloud services for application hosting, integration, and monitoring. Manage containerized deployments using Kubernetes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, DevOps, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions. Lead technical design and architecture discussions. Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability. Required Skills & Qualifications: 12 to15 years of proven experience in Java backend development. Expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful API development. Willingness to work in UK shift timings and be available till noon CST. Excellent communication skills must be able to clearly articulate technical ideas and solutions. Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for distributed messaging. Proficiency in working with Microsoft Azure cloud platform. Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, observability, and DevOps concepts. Strong analytical and debugging skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a globally distributed team. Nice to Have: Experience in financial services or enterprise-scale distributed systems.
