Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Architect with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in designing and executing villa or building exteriors. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, technical proficiency, and a proven ability to translate conceptual ideas into well-resolved architectural solutions.
The role is for a position based out of our studio in South Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop exterior design concepts for luxury villas, high-end residences, and building facades, aligned with client aspirations and project briefs.
• Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and presentations to communicate design intent effectively.
• Work closely with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to deliver coordinated design solutions.
• Manage site execution and monitor construction quality to ensure adherence to design details.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide on-site architectural guidance during execution.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and the in-house design team to resolve design and technical challenges.
• Stay updated with materials, finishes, and design innovations relevant to villa and exterior design.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design and site execution for villa or building exteriors. Preferred if also worked on interior projects.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, facade systems, and material applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and proportion.
