Architect - Interiors

As an Architect at Daftar Decor located in Gurgaon, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project execution in corporate interior fit-outs. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the entire project execution process from the design stage to final handover. - Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are achieved. - Overseeing and managing site activities to ensure timely execution as per design intent. - Coordinating with MEP teams for seamless integration of services. - Preparing and reviewing architectural drawings and construction documents. - Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards. - Conducting site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues. - Working closely with project managers and BOQ specialists to align budget and design execution. To qualify for this role, you must have: - A Bachelor's degree in Architecture. - Minimum 5-6 years of experience in architectural design and site execution. - Experience in corporate/commercial interior projects is preferred. - Strong project management and site coordination skills. - Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office. - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
