Role Summary:

Daftar Decor is seeking an experienced Architect with 5-6 years of experience in corporate interior fit-outs. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural design, project execution, and coordination across various services to transform design intent into reality on site.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end project execution from design stage to final handover.

· Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met.

· Oversee and manage site activities, ensuring timely execution as per drawings and design intent.

· Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams for seamless integration of services.

· Prepare and review architectural drawings and construction documents.

· Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.

· Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues on-site.

· Work closely with project managers and BOQ specialists to align budget and design execution.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

· Minimum 5–6 years of experience in architectural design and site execution.

· Experience in corporate/commercial interior projects is preferred.

· Strong project management and site coordination skills.

· Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
