Role Overview: You will be an integral part of Daftar Decor as an experienced Architect with 5-6 years of experience in corporate interior fit-outs. Your primary responsibility will be to lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring the design intent is transformed into reality on site through effective coordination and project management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end project execution from the design stage to final handover. - Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors to meet project goals. - Oversee and manage site activities for timely execution as per drawings and design intent. - Coordinate with MEP teams for seamless integration of services. - Prepare and review architectural drawings and construction documents. - Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards. - Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues on-site. - Collaborate with project managers and BOQ specialists to align budget and design execution.
