Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architect / Interior Designer located in New Delhi. The Architect / Interior Designer will be responsible for designing layout plans, creating detailed drawings, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and overseeing the implementation of design projects. Daily tasks also include meeting with clients to understand their needs, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and ensuring projects comply with regulatory standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design, space planning, and interior detailing
• Ability to create detailed drawings and use design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
• Strong project management skills, including coordination with contractors and vendors
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Knowledge of current design trends and ability to incorporate them into projects
• Understanding of local regulatory standards and guidelines
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Relevant experience in residential or corporate interior design projects
