Location: Sector-45, Noida Company: Interiocity Employment Type: Full-Time About Interiocity Interiocity is a multidisciplinary design studio dedicated to creating refined, human-centered spaces that balance function, form, and feeling. With a strong focus on design integrity, collaboration, and sustainability, we work across residential, commercial, and experiential projects to craft environments that tell a story. We’re currently seeking a talented Architect or Interior Designer to join our growing team — someone who is both creatively driven and technically proficient, with an eye for detail and a passion for impactful design. Role Overview The Architect / Interior Designer will be responsible for leading and supporting the design and documentation of projects from concept through completion. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and the in-house team to bring ideas to life across a range of typologies. Key Responsibilities Lead or contribute to design concepts, presentations, and space planning Produce detailed drawings, mood boards, material palettes, and 3D renderings Prepare construction documents, specifications, and millwork/shop drawings Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors during all project phases Conduct site visits, surveys, and site supervision as needed Stay up-to-date with materials, codes, trends, and sustainable practices Support project timelines and budgets with attention to detail and communication Represent Interiocity’s brand and aesthetic in client meetings and design reviews Requirements Degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Bachelor’s or Master’s) 3–7 years of professional experience in an architecture or interior design studio Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) Strong visualization skills — hand sketching, rendering, or digital presentation Knowledge of materials, detailing, and construction practices Experience managing or assisting with end-to-end project phases Excellent communication, organization, and team collaboration skills Licensed Architect or pursuing licensure is a plus Nice-to-Haves Experience with high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial interiors Construction By-laws Fluency with 3D modeling/rendering tools like Enscape, V-Ray, Rhino, or Lumion Interest in sustainable design, wellness, or adaptive reuse Comfortable presenting to clients and working in a fast-paced creative studio What We Offer A supportive, design-forward studio culture that values originality and rigor Opportunities to grow, contribute ideas, and shape design direction Flexible hours and hybrid work options Access to unique, hands-on project types and creative freedom Beautifully curated studio space and a collaborative team environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Internet reimbursement Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Noida Sector 45, Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
