Role: Architect / Interior Designer Employment Type: Full time Company: Arteform Designs Private Limited Location: DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon. Employment Type : Full-time Responsibilities: ● Create plans and drawings which clearly outline the architectural design of the project in all aspects (Architectural, structures, space planning, Interiors, BOQs, PMCs & MEP etc.). ● Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards. ● Implement drawing detailing processes as per best industry practices. ● Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules, budgets and timeline. Required Qualifications: ● Bachelor or Master degree in architecture or interior design ● Minimum 2+ years of experience in a designer/ reputed architectural firm. Required Skill set: ● Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills. ● Proficient in AutoCAD/3D/Photoshop. ● Experience in handling high end luxury projects like farms, bungalows ,retail, office spaces etc. ● Experience in site handling and coordination, handling PMCs will be an added advantage.
