Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area for an Architect / Interior Designer. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing architectural and interior spaces, project management, and coordinating with clients and team members. Daily responsibilities include creating innovative designs, overseeing the integration of design elements, ensuring project timelines and deliverables, and aligning projects with client requirements and market trends.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
Experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects
Strong skills in Software Development and Integration relevant to design and modeling tools
Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
Familiarity with design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is desirable
Understanding of sustainable and environmentally-conscious design principles is an advantage
