Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Telecaller, located in Chennai. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about services, handling inquiries, and resolving customer concerns. The Telecaller will also be required to maintain client databases, schedule appointments, and follow up on leads.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience
• Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues
• Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in telecalling or a related field is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
