Architect / Interior Designer

As an architect/interior designer, you will be responsible for developing 2D drawings, 3D designs, and detailed interior layouts based on client requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating BOQ (Bill of Quantities), material specifications, and cost estimates. - Collaborating with vendors, contractors, and project teams to ensure timely execution. - Overseeing site execution, conducting quality checks, and monitoring work progress in alignment with drawings. - Engaging with clients to comprehend their needs and presenting design concepts. - Ensuring project delivery within budget, maintaining quality standards, and meeting timelines. - Staying updated with the latest trends, materials, and design innovations. Key skills required for this role include: - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design tools. - Sound knowledge of BOQ preparation, costing, and material selection. - Experience in site supervision, vendor coordination, and project execution. - Strong communication, presentation, and client handling abilities. - Capability to manage multiple projects independently.
