Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for an Architect & Interior Designer. The role involves conceptualizing and developing architectural and interior designs, conducting space planning, overseeing project management, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will collaborate with clients to understand their vision and transform it into a unique and functional design, oversee construction processes, and integrate innovative solutions to achieve design excellence. Working closely with the team, you will bring creative, practical, and luxurious designs to life, aligned with AE Living's commitment to bespoke craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a strong understanding of design principles and aesthetics
• Proficiency in Software Development and Integration relevant to architectural tools and technologies
• Experience in Project Management, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and excellent communication skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with clients and work within a team
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
• A degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is required
• Experience in luxury or bespoke interior design projects is an advantage
