Job Summary The Site Supervisor will oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for interior fit-out and construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. The role involves managing labor teams, materials, vendors, and site documentation to deliver projects aligned with design intent, client expectations, and company standards. Key Responsibilities1. Site Coordination & Supervision Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior and civil works (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, etc.). Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and the in-house design and project teams. Ensure project work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and workmanship. 2. Planning & Scheduling Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work schedules. Track site progress and report deviations or delays to the Project Manager. Ensure timely delivery and installation of materials and fixtures. 3. Quality Control & Safety Maintain high-quality standards across all site works. Conduct checks for finish quality, material usage, and structural adherence. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory regulations. 4. Resource Management Manage labor allocation and productivity at the site. Verify attendance and performance of site workers and subcontractors. Ensure optimal use of materials and minimize wastage. 5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily site logs, material receipts, and inspection reports. Document progress with photos and update management regularly. Prepare snag lists and oversee rectification before project handover. Qualifications & Skills Education: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Management. Experience: 3–8 years in interior fit-out or construction supervision (residential, commercial, or retail projects). Technical Skills: Knowledge of architectural drawings and MEP layouts. Familiarity with materials, finishing techniques, and site safety norms. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project tracking tools. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel to project sites. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
