Job Summary:

Architects with Interior Design experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute interior design concepts from concept to completion.
• Prepare layouts, detailed drawings, 3D visualizations, and material boards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and project compliance.
• Mentor and support junior team members (for mid/senior level roles).

Experience & Role Breakdown:

• Freshers (0–1 Year):

  Support design and documentation; assist senior architects; prepare presentations and 3D visuals.

• Mid-Level (3–4 Years):

  Independently handle projects; develop detailed drawings, specifications, and BOQs; coordinate with clients and site teams.

• Senior Level (5–6 Years):

  Lead projects end-to-end; oversee design execution, quality control, and timelines; mentor juniors; manage client interactions.

Skills & Tools:

• AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (preferred), Photoshop, Lumion/Enscape.
• Strong design sense, detailing, and material knowledge.
• Good communication, client handling, and coordination skills.
