Company: It's a UK based MNC, manufacturers of the top international luxury goods and decoration brands in the world and specialized in creating exquisite and bespoke hand painted wallpapers and fabrics based in Kolkata.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to design, plan, and oversee the designs. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with innovative design skills to deliver functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing structures that meet client requirements and comply with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Development: Create architectural designs balancing aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.

2. Technical Drawings: Produce accurate production drawings using AutoCAD and other tools.

3. 2D to 3D Visualization: Develop strong 3D visualizations from 2D drawings for effective project communication.

4. Isometric & Technical Representations: Utilize isometric views and other techniques for clear technical depictions.

5. Must have excellent production drawing knowledge.

Required Skills: -

·       Clear idea about measurements.

·       Excellent knowledge in AutoCAD and 2D.

·       Strong creative 3D Visualization ability from 2D Drawing.

·       Concept about Isometric view

·       Excellent technical drawing skill

·       Excellent communication skill, especially regarding communicating of an artistic vision

·       Highly creative, imaginative, and artistic

Education: -

1. Architectural Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture ([relevant qualifications like B.Arch., M.Arch]).

2. AutoCAD Proficiency: Excellent skills in AutoCAD for 2D drafting.

3. 3D Visualization: Strong ability to visualize and create 3D interpretations.

Experience:

1. 5-7 years of experience in architectural design/drafting.

2. Portfolio showcasing design and visualization work is desirable.
