We seek a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team, contributing to various projects with your expertise in drafting, coordination & project execution.

Job Role and Responsibilities

Preparing 2D quotation drawings for various projects following the company’s drafting standards and guidelines.
Coordinating and communicating effectively with the global sales and architecture teams.
Creating internal architectural drawings for the company and providing supervision as and when required.
Conducting site measurements as needed for project execution and verification.

Educational Qualifications & Experience (Required)

Candidates must possess one of the following educational qualifications along with relevant experience in drafting and site execution:

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) / Diploma in Architecture (D.Arch):
Minimum 3 years of experience in buildings or interior design
Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Diploma in Civil Engineering:
Minimum 3 years of experience in buildings or interior design
Interior Design:
Minimum 5 years of experience in buildings or interior design

Technical Qualifications (Required)

Minimum 2-3 years of on-site experience is mandatory.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
with strong expertise in 2D drafting.
Excellent technical drawing skills, especially in the preparation of elevations and sectional views.
Strong creative ability to visualize and interpret 3D concepts from 2D drawings.
