Architect (Excellent salary plus bonus For local plan approvals.)

ARCHITECT

We are a highly skilled team handling U.S. projects, and now we are expanding into local-approval work.

We are looking for a passionate, expert architect who can manage both: developing our designs and producing drawings suitable for local regulatory approvals while also collaborating on U.S.-based projects. This person will be our design partner, driving project development and approval documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop

  conceptual, schematic, and detailed design drawings

  for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
• Prepare

  architectural working drawings

  , including

  plans, sections, elevations, and construction details

  .
• Create

  GFC drawings

  and coordinate with

  structural, MEP

  .
• Prepare and review

  CMDA / DTCP approval drawings

  as per local building regulations.
• Produce

  3D visualizations, renders, and walkthroughs

  using tools like

  SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape

  .
• Handle

  client meetings

  ,

  project presentations

  , and manage design revisions based on feedback.
• Conduct

  regular site visits

  to ensure design implementation and resolve on-site architectural issues.
• Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and engineers to ensure

  quality, accuracy, and timely delivery

  .
• Maintain project documentation, drawing sets, and ensure all deliverables meet design and safety standards.
  

Requirements:

• Qualification:

  B.Arch. from a recognized university (M.Arch preferred but not mandatory).

• Experience:

  2 to 5 years in architectural design and project coordination.

• Software Skills (Compulsory):

• AutoCAD
  
• SketchUp
  
• Revit
  
• Lumion / V-Ray / Enscape (for rendering)
  
• Photoshop (for presentation)
  

• Knowledge of:

• CMDA / DTCP drawing standards and approval processes
  
• Construction materials and site execution
  
• GFC, plumbing, and electrical drawings
  

• Strong in:

• Design detailing and visualization
  
• Communication and coordination with clients and consultants
  
• Time management and teamwork
  

• Added Advantage:

  Experience in residential or commercial architecture projects.

Willing to work in 3:00 pm-11:00pm Shifts
