JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Preparing concept design/feasibility and presentation with keeping all UDCPR Rules in mind. Have experience of designing at least 3-4 projects. * Prepare elevations for the project assigned in sketch up/Revit. Should have creative and imaginative skills for the same. * Preparing working drawings & Details with support of Draftsman * Coordination with all consultants for releasing of GFC * Working on coordination with project manager and site engineer for the project execution * Checking drawings and providing in-house support to other architects * Coordinating with sanction department and checking municipal drawing * Provide drawing/files to liasoning architect * Filing all drawings, documents, records, transmittal and standards for respective projects.
